Potting Machine Plus (inclusive of pot magazine, mechanical conveyer and 3 m band)
Functionality:
This potting magazine takes a pot from the staple and puts it down directly into the pot holder on the conveyer. The belt rotates counter-clockwise and with this method the pot goes directly to the sod elevator, then filling with the desired portion of sod, before moving onward to the drill tower where a hole is made in the soil for a plant/root that will be planted later.
A press machine will compress soil if the pot will be used for sowing or cutting. Afterward, the pot is moved further to the ejector, which places the pot on the elevator band, transporting this now ready filled pot out of the machine. This then allows you to easily plant and then move pots to the edge of the transport line.
