Javo Economic- Potting Machine (pot filling for 8 to 22cm pots)
The Javo Economic plant pot machine is a newly developed universal plant potting machine for pots with a diameter of 8 to 22 cm, depending on the shape of the pot. The production volume of this machine can be up to 2500 plant pots per hour (this machine is very mobile and can be easily moved.)
The built-in soil-buffer contains 1m³ of soil and the machine is equipped with a return system for any sod that is left after filling. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a pot magazine that can be easily adjusted, this magazine can put down one pot in every pot holder.(Pot holders can also be easily adjusted according to the size of a pot.)
After the magazine puts down a pot, the pot is filled with sod and a drill makes a hole in the sod to make further plantation easier. After that all filled pots will be put down on the conveyer with the help of an automatic arm. Depending on the working position, the pots can be ejected to the left, to the right and in front of the machine.
The complete and very compact potting machine with flexibility
The machine is equipped with mechanical pot magazine, pot crown adjustable, scraper, pusher, drill hole selection for direct planting, output unit and a conveyor belt with variable speed. The output of the pots can be optionally selected by moving the conveyor belt to the left, right or straight ahead.
How does the machine work
The peat belt moves the substrate or peat step by step to a peat elevator which transports the peat up and then releases an even flow of peat into the pots. At the downspout there is a control plate that can be regulated to control the flow directly into the pots that pass by in the pot ring. The pot magazine places the pots into the pot ring, which smoothly moves pots around the table. The peat filling then takes place via the peat elevator. The lower scrapers of the pot rim pull the waste peat back down to the elevator.
The derrick can push the peat filling or drill a hole for a suitable plug or plant when planting. The pots are then further fed out to the feeder, which brings the pots out one by one onto the feeder belt. The output belt has adjustable speed, which means that you can get the pots standing one behind the other, which makes it easier to block them in a box or on a shelf for further transport.
The machine is very flexible and can be modified with more automation. A compressor is not necessary.
