This machine is equipped with a diesel engine, the Kubota 37KW/50HP, automatic pilot and iron caterpillar tracks, allowing for a regular forward movement on any kind of crop terrain (wet soil or soil with an uneven surface etc).
The TRGHRAPID Harvesting machine can harvest already mulched soil, bare soil, beds and even flat ground.
The harvesting elements are located at the front of the machine and are independent from one another. Each harvesting element is equipped with conveyor belts and a serrated disc. The cutting height is controlled by an electronic sensor placed near this disc. Vegetables such as salads can be carried by these belts to a work surface for cleaning and for inspection. The products can then be boxed directly and placed upon pallets.
We recommend this kind of harvesting system to farmers who work within the fresh produce market and those who want to clean and sort fresh products such as lettuce, iceberg lettuce etc. All while still in the field.
